VAT Exemption
If you are registered disabled, have suffered a severe injury or have a long-term medical condition or illness, you may be eligible for VAT exemption when purchasing products related to your condition.
When shopping on MobilityProducts4U, you will see certain products that are marked as being VAT exempt. If you purchase these products and fill out the VAT exemption form when completing your order, you will not pay VAT on your purchase. All our prices show VAT at the current rate. Please note certain products are eligible for VAT exemption and the price of those items will be reduced on completion of the signed VAT exemption form.

Delivery
All of our products are available for delivery within the UK, and for orders over £100 the £7-50 shipping charge will be waived. For EU deliveries, there will be a minimum charge of £50, and all shipments over 10kg delivered overseas will be charged extra for shipping. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Please be aware that products we hold in stock are received within 7-10 working days; if we do not have the item in stock currently, we will replenish the stock within 5 working days and ship immediately.
Items such as mobility scooters and furniture are delivered within 6-10 weeks.
If you’ve ordered a custom-made product, you’ll need to check the product information for delivery time.
We offer two types of delivery either our standard delivery, which is just to the front door of your property or building, we suggest deliveries of major items such as Scooters and Riser Recliner Chairs, Electric Beds should be delivered by “White Glove” delivery personal, who will unpack the items in the room you require They will demonstrate the product and ensure it is in satisfactory working under before obtaining a signature of satisfaction from you. Scooters will be delivered and demonstrated by a 2 man team of specialist technicians, who will assemble and demonstrate it for you. Obviously our white good delivery service charge applies to deliveries of Power chairs and scooters so you must remember to add in the £99-00 cost. If for some reason the goods cannot be delivered on the day as arranged due to a problem or fault on the buyers behalf mobilityproducts4u.co.uk Ltd reserve the right to charge a further delivery charge for ’re delivery’ to cover costs incurred. This charge wil be taken from the debit/credit card used purchase the goods.
Returns and Exchanges
If the product you’ve purchased doesn’t function, was damaged in transit or is otherwise faulty in some way, you can request replacement items or return it and you’ll be refunded the entire amount, including shipping charges.
For faults in the mobility scooter, please contact us and we will send out a technician to your home to resolve the problem.
If you’re returning a product because you’ve decided you no longer want it, please return in new condition along with all packaging, accessories and the return form provided. While you are responsible for all charges incurred in shipping it back to us, we will refund you the amount paid less a 15% restocking charge as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all sales made by MobilityProducts4U to you (the Customer). Please read through this section carefully, and contact us with any questions you might have. Thank you.
1. Any purchase made by the Customer assumes the Customer is in agreement with these terms and conditions, and the relationship between MobilityProducts4U and the Customer is in effect when ordered products are shipped. Terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. All orders places are subject to availability of the products ordered. If MobilityProducts4U is unable to fulfil a Customer order within the quoted delivery time, MobilityProducts4U will inform the Customer and offer a full refund. If the Customer has not received any communications from MobilityProducts4U regarding the status of the order within 28 days, the Customer should contact Customer Service.
MobilityProducts4U holds no responsibility for losses suffered by the Customer if the product is not available. To avoid confusion, Time shall not be the essence of any contract and the company shall incur no liability to the customer in respect of any failure to the services by any agreed completion date.
3. All information provided by MobilityProducts4U regarding the products on our site is approximate. Due to frequent changes in our products, MobilityProducts4U is not responsible if the product is not 100% exactly as shown. Product pictures are for illustration purpose only
4. While MobilityProducts4U will refund only the purchase price of non-faulty products, less a 15% restocking charge, within 14 days of return, the products must be received by MobilityProducts4U in new condition and include all accessories and packaging. Products not eligible for refunds will be marked as such on our site. Please note that certain products will not be accepted for return, such as; Incontinence products, Urinals, Commodes, Shower Seats, Bed pans, mattresses, electric beds and special order products.
5. MobilityProducts4U will not be liable for failure or delay if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control. Including, without limitation; acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies. MobilityProducts4U will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.
6. Receipt of the delivery by the Customer must be signed for by the Customer, at which point the responsibility for the condition or use of that product resides with the Customer. If the Customer is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier and/or MobilityProducts4U will advise time/date of next available delivery. Damages incurred during transit reside with the carrier.
7. If the product is damaged or faulty, the Customer must advise MobilityProducts4U within 7 days of receipt and/or usage within reason. If a faulty product claim is unfounded upon receipt of said product by MobilityProducts4U, the product will be returned to the Customer and the Customer will incur a 15% processing fee plus shipping charges.
8. MobilityProducts4U prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclusive of VAT and shipping charges. MobilityProducts4U does our best to ensure the accuracy of all pricing of products on out site. MobilityProducts4U confirms exact pricing at the time of order processing. If MobilityProducts4U finds that the wrong price was quoted on the site, we will inform the Customer immediately and give the Customer the option to purchase the product at the correct price.
9. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to delivery. MobilityProducts4U assumes no responsibility if an order is canceled or delayed due to incorrect or erroneous payment or delivery information supplied by the Customer.
10. Please direct all complaints to the contact information provided on our website. All complaints will be handled by MobilityProducts4U as quickly and as thoroughly as possible, within 7 working days.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. Any such change shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change.

Please be assured that we take the issue of the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use customer data for legitimate business purposes. Data Security
Whilst we have in place all internal precautions, fraud can still happen. We would ask you to help us to prevent this happening by double checking the identity of anyone who contacts you by E mail or telephone requesting personal information. We would suggest you ask for their telephone numbers and phone them back. At certain times we at mobilityproducts4u.co.uk may request further proof of address and identification from you. These requests will be for your protection, and ours, against possible fraud.
It is not necessary to register with MobilityProducts4U in order to place an order. However, registering allows us to contact you in case of product recall - and, you receive benefits such as special promotional offers and our informative newsletter.
To un-register, fill out our contact form and we will take you off our register list. Upon doing so, your information will be erased from our server and you will no longer receive promotions or our newsletter.
When you register with MobilityProducts4U, the information you provide is kept on our secure servers and accessible by our customer service representatives. We never pass email addresses on to any third parties. MobilityProducts4U strongly urges you to keep your password private and log off after visiting the site when on a shared computer.
Order details, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, must be kept for 5 years and then destroyed. However, your credit card information is never recorded, nor will a customer service representative from MobilityProducts4U ever ask you for that information in any medium. MobilityProducts4U will occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose any personal information we hold about you.
MobilityProducts4U reserves the right to disclose any information you provide to satisfy any law, regulation, court of law or governmental request.
If any term or provision set out in the Companies Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
